Patient physician communication:
Patients can access their medical records such as labs, vaccinations and communicate with the physician via the patient portal that is part of the Electronic Medical Record. Urgent visits are seen on the same day.
Referrals:
Obtaining timely referrals to specialists and coordination of care is a very important role of physicians caring for Medicare patients. Our office has a dedicated referral coordinator who obtains the authorizations and makes a smooth transition of your care.
